Hosting the flagbearers of the UEFA Women’s European Championship (WEURO) and simultaneously creating a memorable experience and brand activation for guests during the soccer matches. In the orange ING hub, all elements such as fun engagement, brand awareness and relationship management were combined. A real eye-catching facility!

The Dutch Soccer Association (KNVB) challenged us to inspire both KNVB and ING with a unique concept where visitors, ING business partners and flagbearers could be invited before, during and after the matches of the Dutch women’s team.

We transformed our Expo Mobile into an orange ING Hub with premium look and feel in order to create maximum brand awareness. Inside the trailer a special PlayStation area was created to play FIFA. The ultimate brand activation was created with a virtual reality game in which visitors could become a goalkeeper. With an outside terrace we created a warm welcome for business relations who attended the matches. Finally, all visitors could ‘join the team’ by making a picture. A real boost for fan engagement!

The Women’s European Championship gave ING the opportunity to initiate different types of activations and the orange trailer on site provided the perfect solution in which all elements came together!
